Monthly Maintenance Contracts
What does a maintenance contract entail and what's included?
- Maintenance contracts do not attract per hour support fees.
- Per month billing - flat rate according to your contract.
- Proactive maintenance include:
- Software patches as released (including zero-day patches)
- Windows, Linux and MacOS updates.
- Anti-virus definition updates and scans.
- All Support calls already included in the fee
- Remote Support in troubleshooting desktop machines, software, apps and servers
- You pay one single fee per month - R1500 per machine or per user a month.
